Reservation and Cancellation Policies

• The reservation guarantee must be received 30 days prior to the arrival date. After this time,  the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. After this time, we are not able to refund payments.
• No refund will be applied if nights reserved are not all totally used.
• No cancellation or modification applies within the 30 days prior the arrival date.
• Due to reasons out of our control we are not accepting Traveler´s checks at this time
  

Reservation and cancellation policies for Special Season
From December 21st 2008 to Jan 04 2009

• A full refund will be provided if written notice of cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to the arrival date. After this time we are not able to refund payments.
• No refund will be applied if nights reserved are not all totally used.
• We are not able to cancel or modify any reservation within 90 days prior to the arrival date.
• New Year´s Eve Dinner and party are mandatory, $123 txs included. (Fee per person, children under 12 years old:  $73.80 txs included)
• A minimum of three consecutives nights is requested.
• Restrictions apply for weddings and groups.
