CONCERTS
 From the beginning, our hotel is recognized as one of the places where Costa Rican Culture is supported in a regular manner. Our Greek style amphitheatre, was made for the guest’s enjoyment as a especially dedicated place for artistic expressions where guests could be enjoying magnificent views and stunning sunsets. Since November 2000 we started with monthly concerts, directed especially to support National Artists as well as foreign.
This concept was very successful and from that day on to the present we gathered different bands and artists who offered their talent to hundreds of spectators who participated in this magical event that combines wonderful ocean views surrounded by forest, with spectacular sunsets and very good music. But it is not the music line that defines the concert of the month in Villa Caletas, we make sure that groups and artists of very high quality have a chance to perform here. Groups like Cantoamérica, Sonsax, Costa Rican Trombons, Mal País, Editus, Manuel Obregón, Jazz and something else, María Marta López, Marta Fonseca, Swing en 4, have performed here with big success.
In August of each year Villa Caletas becomes one of the main and preferred locations of The International Music Festival. Offering space to international classic music artists like Andrei Pisarev or Natalia Goodman. They are a clear example of the high level of this Festival. Villa Caletas becomes a cultural oasis for many locals and visitors from the Central Valley, expecting from month to month to be able to enjoy the magical spectacle, in many occasions complemented with painting exhibitions.
